Aiken County Public School District (ACPSD) is exploring the possibility of offering an after school Extended Day Program. The Extended Day Program would provide students the opportunity to continue learning past regular dismissal time through active play, activities and curriculum support in a structured, safe environment. Our District’s program could begin as early as the 2017-18 school year if it is of interest to our community.  Your responses to the below are requested and will be of great value to our exploration and planning committee as we gauge stakeholder interest and design an Extended Day Program for our District.  The price for students to participate in the program has not been decided, but as you complete the survey you can safely assume the cost will be comparable to other local daycare/aftercare programs.
