Since October 9, the City has been testing a requirement for inspection requests prior to 3:00 pm the day before the inspection. We have received very little feedback as to if this has had a negative impact on our customers.

The change has allowed a great deal more predictability in scheduling for both our inspectors and our customers, and has increased readiness for inspections.
