Feria De Salud 2015 Registration Form

The American Diabetes Association (ADA) of Greater New York is preparing for its largest Latino event of the year, Feria de Salud, scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 15, 2015. Every year in New York City the ADA holds a free health event for the community in St. Mary’s Park, Bronx, NY. The average attendance for this event is over 4,000 people. The goal of the Feria is to illustrate the importance of learning about, preventing, and managing diabetes, along with making healthy lifestyle choices. This is accomplished through fun and informative workshops, health screenings, entertainment, as well as senior & children activities, which all take place throughout the day and are free of charge! Feria de Salud is a major production and Volunteers are needed to make this event a success!
