TFSA will be holding its 2025 NYC Trials on Sunday 4th of May.

Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm.

Location: City Touch (Tuthangga Park 17, Adelaide SA 5000)

Please note that all players intending on trialling must complete this form before trialling.

If you are unable to attend trials, please email ashlee.gould@touchfootball.com.au to still be considered for selection.

Completing this registration does not guarantee selection in any SA representative team.

This section must be completed by a parent/guardian of the player trailing.

By clicking agree, i hereby give permission for Touch Football South Australia (TFSA) to use the image of all attendees registering their intent to trial.

This media release consent indicates understanding of image use of the player and provides TFSA permission to conduct the below in relation to the TFSA Representative program.

- Photography of the player for the purposes of training, education and promotion (including use of images on website and social media).
- Filming of the player for purposes of training, education and promotion (including use of video on website and social media).
