^{The EU-Uganda Business Forum brings together businesses, investors, financial institutions, technology providers and other stakeholders interested in renewable energy and related sectors.}

^{To ensure a relevant and productive business audience, participants should meet the following criteria:}

^{1. EU entity: private company or organisation legally registered in an EU-27 Member State; and}
^{2. Sector: active in the renewable energy value chain (geothermal, hydro, wind, solar/storage/grid, or related finance, engineering, E&S, advisory); and}
^{3. Identity verified: professional email matching the organisation's domain, plus a working website or registration number; and/or}
^{4. Initially targeted: identified as a priority company to invite by EUD, trade advisors, project/programme of EU, REC and MEMD core team involved in the BF and webinars preparation.}

^{FOR UGANDAN BUSINESSES}

^{1. Registered Business / Organisation: be a registered business, organisation or institution with an active website or other verifiable online presence.}
^{2. Sector Relevance: operates in, provides solutions to, or has a clear interest in renewable energy and related sectors.}
^{3. Business & Investment Interest: has a commercial proposition, investment interest, project, technology, product or service relevant to the Forum.}
^{4. Partnership & Market Potential: has an interest or potential for B2B partnerships, investment, technology cooperation, market access or other commercial collaboration between Uganda and Europe.}
^{5. Participation Interest: is interested in actively participating in networking, B2B meetings, knowledge exchange and other Forum activities.}
