Celebrate a Leader: She Steps Up Nominations

The WIFI Spotlight Series: She Steps Up celebrates women in the footwear industry whose leadership, creativity, and impact strengthen our community.

Recognize a colleague, peer leader, or yourself, whose work deserves to be seen and celebrated. Nominations are welcome across all roles, experience levels, and sectors of the footwear industry. We also invite nominations for individuals of all gender identities whose work reflects leadership, collaboration, and community.

Please submit nominations by the 15th of each month for consideration in an upcoming spotlight.

Each month, She Steps Uphighlights individuals whose leadership, creativity, and impact are helping shape the footwear community. Whether they are driving innovation, mentoring others, making bold moves, or doing the often unseen work that keeps teams strong, these are the stories worth celebrating.

Our goals:
  • Uplift women at every stage of their careers
  • Build connections and visibility across the industry
  • Celebrate leadership in all its forms
Both self and peer nominations are welcome. Brief but thoughtful responses are encouraged. When possible, include specific examples of what the nominee has done.

Submissions are reviewed by a selection committee, with consideration given to leadership, impact, and alignment with the selected monthly theme.
