The WIFI Spotlight Series: She Steps Up celebrates women in the footwear industry whose leadership, creativity, and impact strengthen our community.

October's theme is Culture Champions: women fostering culture, advancing DEI, strengthening collaboration, or building community support.

Submit your nomination by Tuesday, October 14. Recognize a woman, or yourself, whose work deserves to be seen and celebrated. Nominations are welcome across all roles, experience levels, and sectors of the footwear industry. We also invite nominations for individuals of all gender identities whose work reflections leadership, collaboration, and community.

Each month, the WIFI Spotlight Series: She Steps Up shines a light on women in the footwear industry whose leadership, creativity, and impact are shaping our community in meaningful ways. Whether they are driving innovation, mentoring others, making bold moves, or doing the often unseen work that keeps teams strong, these are the stories worth celebrating.
