Welcome to the IFSBH/EAU survey

We aim to determine the exact differences in care and outcomes of care between European countries and how we can improve our clinical guidelines to be more patient centered. Responders to a previous survey have indicated that they feel quality of life, sexuality and treatment options are important. This new survey focusses on these topics, with two specific questionnaires regarding quality of life and sexuality. The outcomes of this survey will be interpreted with a focus group of patient representatives in order to make the guidelines better represent what people with spina bifida consider important for their urological care.

We would like to know your answers to these questions and learn about the ways you manage living with Spina Bifida. Please read each question carefully. Try your best to answer honestly. There are no right or wrong answers.
Some questions are personal. You do not have to answer questions you do not want to.
