I understand that I am responsible for returning the incubator in the same condition it was received. There is to be no visible damage to any part or functionality of the machine. If fault is found, my deposit will be forfeited and I may be charged for the cleaning/repair.

I understand that eggs are not provided as part of the rental and that properly caring for the eggs and chicks, and disposing of any wastes and unhatched eggs is my responsibility in accordance with regulation.

I will provide proper and adequate care to chicks hatched in the unit and under my care. I will raise them in the methods recommended by reliable resources (https://www2.gov.bc.ca/assets/gov/farming-natural-resources-and-industry/agriculture-and-seafood/animal-and-crops/animal-production/small_flock_manual.pdf)

I understand I cannot use any chemical or corrosive cleaners on the incubator or accessories. I am responsible for removing any visible debris and wiping the easily accessible areas of the machine with a damp cloth to remove any and all deposits which may be left behind.

I understand that I am responsible for returning the incubator and accessories prior to the end of my rental to the supplier. The cost to return the incubator and accessories is not covered by the rental. I understand that failing to return the unit prior to the end of my rental will incur an additional charge for 30 days ($50*)

I understand that the charges quoted do not include shipping or taxes (BC - GST & PST, GST/HST in the rest of Canada). Shipping charges will appear on the invoice for payment.

I understand that an initial invoice will come for $300, as a deposit for the rental prior to release. The rental balance will be refunded upon receipt of the equipment within the agreed upon timeline.
