Learning Seed Online Registration Form

In order to process your child’s registration, you will need to provide:

proof of identity
recent passport photographs
Please note that class size is limited. You will be updated on whether your child has successfully reserved a school place within 7 working days. Upon confirmation, a registration fee of $30 for each primary school student and $40 for each secondary school student is applicable, this will ensure your child's space is reserved.

Section 1 and 2 need to be completed to register one child, complete an additional section for each additional child you would like to register.
