Overall Timeline: Mentoring the Managers is a cohort-based, online learning program for managers in Health Departments. The 10-session program includes synchronous and asynchronous components, including twice monthly live sessions during working hours. These sessions are not recorded. This next cohort runs from June 2026 through November 2026. See our website for the current schedule with dates and times.

Time Commitment: Participants are expected to commit approximately 4-7 hours per month, including at least two live meetings per month, weekly reflective learning prompts, and sharing feedback via our evaluation surveys.
