District 202 Staff Survey

Dear District 202 Staff, We invite you to take a few minutes to fill out this survey regarding the return to work. The purpose of this survey is strictly to assist the Administration and Personnel Department. The information will be maintained as confidential as possible, within the A&P department. The survey will close on Friday July 10th. Thank you in advance for your response. We hope you stay safe and healthy! There are several models we are considering for the start of the 20-21 school year:

• Full return with health safety restrictions based on ISBE, IDPH, and the CDC
• Blended Learning with health safety restrictions: Half the students stay home on remote learning while the other half attend school in person.
• Full Remote Learning.
• Blended learning with partial daily student attendance and partial remote learning.

Safety Protocols for students and staff include:
• All students and staff will be required to wear a face covering unless they have a physician’s note that they are not able to wear a face covering
• Social distancing will be required, when possible
• All classrooms will be equipped with hand sanitizer and cleaning products
