CIPSA Conferences originally proposed to run a conference in Melbourne in March this year on "What the CPRS means for procurement". Given the failure by the government to pass the ETS legislation this was postponed. We recently announced an alternative event for June, entitled "Green is the new black", to examine broader issues in Socially Responsible and Sustainable Procurement. The "climate" with regard to these issues (pun intended), seems to have changed in the past few months. The first part of this survey is to assist us with the decision as to whether or not to proceed with the event, and if so, what specifically should we include in the agenda?
