This assessment form will help us better serve the needs of your start-up venture/business idea.

Please note there is a Pre-requisite Workshop you must attend prior to scheduling any one on one consultation sessions, this allows the participant to be more mindful and strategic when preparing for business ownership.

If you reside in the Mon Valley Area, the Entrepreneurship Workshop is at no cost to you because of our community partnership with Mon Valley. The Entrepreneurship workshop will be held at 305 E 8th Ave #305, Homestead, PA 15120. The sessions are divided into 3 dates and are 90 minutes each.

If you do not reside in the Mon Valley area, the cost for this Pre-Requisite Workshop is $45 and will be held at a location closest to where you reside for your convenience. You may choose either a (1 day/3 hour session) or 2 day/90 minutes each session)
