Thank you for participating in the 7th annual JPEG: Picture the Future list of young professionals to watch. Please make sure to complete all of the questions as thoroughly as possible. Your nomination and review will be based solely on the information provided here.

Please note that this is the self-nomination form. If you are nominating someone other than yourself, please complete the separate third-party nomination form linked in the email announcement or contact srosen@alfn.org with questions.

The ALFN may reach out to the nominee, their supervisor, or reference for additional information should reviewers have questions or request additional details.

You're not done yet! To complete your nomination, please email a copy of your headshot and company logo to srosen@alfn.org. Logos should be in PNG or JPEG format at 300 dpi (prefer vector artwork in .eps, .ai or .pdf format) and headshots in JPEG or PNG format at 300 dpi or greater. Your nomination is complete only upon confirmation from the ALFN that your headshot, company logo and at least one completed nomination form have all been received.

Note: multiple nominations for a single candidate will be accepted. However, each nomination for a single candidate must be completed using the appropriate self-nomination or third-party nomination form and must be completed by separate individuals (no duplicate nominations allowed).
