  • This survey is part of a research study being conducted by the Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS), Interprofessional Education (IPE), and Nursing Practice Leaders lead by the Director of Nursing Practice at the TBRHSC.
  • The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of Allied Health working at the TBRHSC, their reasons for, and intention to, leave the organization and/or their profession, and further, examine strategies to retain current staff.
