Early Child Care Cost Model Survey
Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We know your time is valuable, and we appreciate your responses. Your participation in this survey will provide key insight into the true costs of operating a child care program in Hamilton County, TN. The results will be used to build a cost model around early child care in Hamilton County and help shape policies for increased child care funding.
We recommend downloading the survey first to review all questions and ensure you have all the recommended documents on hand to complete it.
To best prepare for filling out this survey, we recommend that you gather the following documents that may have the information needed:
- Annual operating budget for fiscal years 2023/2024 - or the most recent full-year of funding
- Documents relating to enrollment
- Salary schedules and payroll/timesheet information
- Corporate tax returns
- Staffing Information - educational background
Your organization may provide other programs besides early child care, but we are only interested in services and programs for children.
The information you share will only be accessible by Chattanooga 2.0 and Children's Funding Project.
