Introduction
This survey is part of the AbSec ACCO Comprehensive Support Package Project, which is developing a State of the Sector Report and a Gap Analysis and Prioritisation Report. Both reports are developed under Priority Reform 2 of the Closing the Gap framework and aim to strengthen the evidence base that informs government investment, funding reform, and long-term support for Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) across New South Wales.
This survey will help ensure both reports reflect lived sector experience, operational realities, workforce and funding pressures, community priorities, and system-level barriers and reform opportunities.
The survey includes core questions for all organisations, followed by sector-specific questions based on the services your organisation delivers.
Estimated completion time is 15 to 20 minutes.
Who should complete this survey?
This survey is intended for CEOs, senior leaders or peak body representatives with oversight of operations, workforce, funding, service delivery and organisational strategy. You may delegate completion to another senior staff member with this knowledge.
How responses will be used
Part A asks about your organisation's profile and operations. We may reference your organisation by name in service mapping and sector analysis.
Part B asks about sector pressures, system barriers and reform priorities. Responses will be de-identified, aggregated and reported at the sector level only. Nothing will be attributed to individual organisations without permission.
All information will be handled in accordance with AbSec's privacy, data governance and data sovereignty requirements. AbSec holds and controls all data collected through this survey.
