The Greater Burlington Partnership, in partnership with the Highway 61 Coalition, Des Moines County, the City of Burlington, and the City of West Burlington, is exploring a long-term plan to revitalize the Roosevelt Corridor of Highway 61. This key roadway serves as the gateway to our community, and we want to make it safer, easier to navigate, and more visually appealing.
