Share your insight of vehicle repairs from the last year and help us promote consumer awareness.

As part of our continued activity to drive consumer awareness and keep the Kitemark™ front of mind for the motorist, we'd really like your expertise in answering a few questions. These will help us shape a press release and other communications we are preparing.

We're keen to understand what the key vehicle repair trends are that you are seeing, what the common occurrences are, and any trends that you might see which are the most dangerous if you focus on structural repairs.

If you would like to give examples that reinforce what you have seen and experienced, this will help us even further to try and drive the message about how important it is for the motorist to choose a Kitemark™ approved repairer.

This information will be anonymous. Your answers will be shaped around the phrasing of 'We asked over 800 of our clients to share with us types of repairs that they have witnessed in the last year'.

If you are interested in providing us with a specific quote, including your name, job title and company name we may also be able to include this information from you on a first come, first served basis. Please email kitemark@bsigroup.com with the details.

Thank you for getting involved to help us promote consumer awareness for the Kitemark™. We'll share these results with you in our next newsletter.
