Introduction
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Its purpose is to assess your relationship with e-cigarettes and other tobacco/nicotine products in order to better evaluate the effects of the proposed FDA regulation of e-cigarettes on consumers and the industry. The survey is being conducted by New Leaf Vapor Co.
The target study population consists of adults living in the United States.
This survey is anonymous and we will store no identifying data about you. There is no apparent risk to you from participating in this survey, and the only cost to you is the few minutes you spend completing it.
