OK, so this one is simple: I'm going to ask you to name one player — ONE PLAYER — at each position that you want to nominate for the Baseball Fun Hall of Fame.
Remember, this is just about fun. This isn't about how great they were or how good they were. This is entirely based on the player at each position who brought you the most joy. You didn't have to actually see the player — if THINKING about Josh Gibson or Willie Mays brings you great joy, absolutely, put them on your team. But pleast remember: This is all about fun. Duane Kuiper is not the greatest second baseman of all time. Nobody has brought me more joy as a fan.
You will get one pick per position, and then I'll throw in a wildcard at the end, where you can pick anybody you want.
All you have to do is put in a last name (add a first name only if that would make it clearer, like if you're choosing "Robinson"). And you can skip any positions you don't want.
Have fun! I mean it! Have fun!
