St Croix Tribal Health Clinic Public Health Vending Machine

Thank you for taking our St Croix Tribal Public Health Vending Machine Survey.

From November 2023 through December 31, 2025 the St Croix Tribal Public Health Vending Machine (PHVM) Program has dispensed over $20,000 worth of public health and harm reduction supplies to community members in need, FREE of charge!

In order for us to better serve you, please help us by completing the following short anonymous survey.
