Taylor’s last Town Plan was adopted in 2005. As a historic rural village with a strong agricultural and artistic heritage, Taylor is experiencing steady growth. To prepare responsibly for the future, the Town has begun updating its planning vision and is seeking community input to help guide growth in a way that protects our character and quality of life.
