2017 High School Parent Survey

The Substance Abuse Prevention Collaborative (SAPC) initiative, serving the communities of Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Lowell, Tewksbury, Westford, and Wilmington, is intended to prevent underage drinking and other drug use. Research has shown that addressing the issue of underage drinking reduces the risk that youth will go on to use opioids and other substances. While the SAPC program funds communities primarily in the prevention of underage drinking, we are also interested in learning about other drug use among youth in our communities.

Please take a few moments to answer this brief survey concerning your high school children.  Thank you for participating.
