Pet Fest - Application for stall - Sat, August 15, 11am - 3pm

It is only $30 inc GST for a stall, free for an Acland Street Village Precinct business.

As this event is to be held in O'Donnell Gardens, you will need:

  • a marquee in case of weather. Marquee is max size 3m x 3m
  • 20kg weights on each leg of marquee
  • your trestle/s, chair/s, shelving and products etc must all fit under your marquee

Stallholders will be able to bump in from 10am for an 11am start. Please note, as this market is in O'Donnell Gardens, you will be able to drive your car in and offload for set up and will be able to drive in and load up when leaving.

You will need to park in surrounding parking areas (like the Luna Park carpark) and it is $20 paid parking. Bump out is 3pm.

You will not be able to pack up and leave earlier as this reflects badly on the market and affects your fellow stall holders.

There is no power available.

Please note, this is an expression of interest for a stall. We will still need to approve all applications. It will be a case of first-in, first-served and we may have to turn stallholders away if we have already accepted others who sell similar products.

Please be as specific as possible and list them as we endeavour to have max two stalls selling any one kind of a product and cannot ensure this without knowing what people are selling.
