LEI data records include Legal Entity Events, which capture significant changes in an entity’s legal or organizational status. These include corporate actions (for example, mergers & acquisitions or dissolutions) as well as other changes such as name or address updates.

As part of our ongoing efforts to continuously enhance the Global LEI System and deliver more useful and high-quality data for data users, we are seeking feedback on the Legal Entity Events included in LEI data records.
