We are conducting a study to examine the Pharmacist's Knowledge of charity pharmacy performances as part of Saudi Vision 2030. This survey targets all type of pf pharmacy professional.

Would you please assist us in this study by completing this questionnaire, your opinion and experiences are critical to us and are needed to give an accurate picture about your Pharmacist's Knowledge of charity pharmacy performances, and to improve pharmacy providers and their performances with the projects in Saudi Arabia.
