Please take 5-10 minutes to respond to this survey. This will help inform Britannia Community Services Centre’s next strategic plan which includes this data, other surveys, community workshops, presentations at the Annual General Meeting and other public gatherings. Finally the Board will present the Britannia 2026-2030 Strategic Plan by December 2025.

This is an anonymous survey. Your responses will not be linked to any personally identifiable information.

We used data from this survey to create the draft 2026-2030 Strategic Plan. Nicki Kahnamoui, an external consultant who is supporting us through our strategic planning process, will aggregate all responses into a summary that will help inform the next draft and be integrated into the version that will be presented to the Society members in September 2025.

If you have any questions or comments on the survey, the process, or would like to be involved please contact: info@britanniacentre.org
