Welcome to the survey about the Stark-Washington Street Safety project!

Thank you for your interested in this project. The project team is in project development and have early design, so your feedback is very helpful. Please note that this is the preferred concept based on the previous Planning efforts -- The Growing Transit Communities Plan, Vision Zero Action Plan and the East Portland Arterial Streets Strategy. There will be some adjustments made as we begin to work through design.

The survey will remain open until December 2025.
