Grant/Reimbursement Details:

  • Apply for up to $500.00 of financial support for those seeking tutoring assistance for verified Region 1 Métis youth citizens with their own MNO issued Citizenship number (subject to verification).

  • This is a reimbursement grant for ages 13 years to 29 years who are attending high school or post-secondary school.

  • Eligible for costs from September 1st, 2025 to March 13th, 2026.

  • Limited funding available. Not all those that apply are guaranteed to receive grant funds.

  • Deadline is March 13th, 2025 at 4:00PM CST; no late applications will be accepted.

  • All requested documentation in this application must be uploaded and submitted for your application to be considered.

  • Tutoring opportunities that have been funded by schools or other agencies are not eligible for this grant.

  • Fees must be for tutoring sessions only; travel and other expenses associated with sessions are not eligible.
