1.  I understand that my membership will be canceled on the last day of my current membership.
2. I understand that membership cancellation requests must be submitted no less than three business days before my upcoming scheduled renewal date, and that any membership cancellation requests received later will not be processed until after the upcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.
