In the context of the Network of Women for the World Telecommunication Development Conference (NoW4WTDC) - the ITU-D initiative aims at building capacity for WTDCs and encouraging active participation of women as delegates, chairs, vice-chairs, among other leadership roles in the conference structures and ITU-D in general. The mentorship programme is open to women participating in all events in preparation for the upcoming WTDC.

ITU, as the facilitator, would appreciate receiving information about your pro

The role of the mentor is to share your experience and skills on WTDC work processes in order to help the mentee to achieve their goals. The mentee must have the skills, knowledge and desire to achieve these goals, whereas the mentor must be able to listen to and guide the mentee.
