Room Parent Responsibilities

Room Parent Responsibilities are described on the school website: https://school.sp-apostle.org/grade-pages/room-parent-sign-ups. We encourage you to reach out to the current Head Room Parents, Jennifer Collins (mjfuertescollins@gmail.com) and Erin Heimbold (erinheimbold@icloud.com) and/or the Room Parents for any Grade to find out more information. The list and contact information of the current Room Parents are also provided on the same school website link above.

A nomination may be submitted for more than one person. Please submit a separate form for each individual nominated. Thank you for participating in the nominations process for the 2022-2023 Room Parents, Graduation Committee and New Family Liaisons!
1.Name of person being nominated (yourself or another parent).
2.Contact information of person being nominated (email and phone number).
3.Indicate if person is being nominated for Room Parent (include Grade), Graduation Committee or New Family Liaison position.
4.Name(s) of any other parents with whom the nominated individual would like to serve as Room Parent, Graduation Committee or New Family Liaison. This question is optional and may be left blank if preferred.
5.Name of person completing the Nomination Form (self-nominations are highly encouraged). This question is optional and may be left blank if preferred.
6.While self-nominations are highly encouraged, if you are nominating another parent, please indicate if s/he is aware of the nomination.
7.Please indicate if the person being nominated has previously served as a Room Parent. If so, please provide the Grade(s) and Year(s). This question is optional and may be left blank if unknown.
