2018 Nominating Committee Report
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the Constitution & By-Laws, that the annual meeting of TriCounty Independent Insurance Agents Association, Inc. will be held on April 26, 2018 at
Jewel Restaurant, 200 Broadhollow Rd., Melville, NY
The purpose of the meeting will be to:
(1) Elect officers of the corporation for the 2018 - 2019 administrative year
(2) Elect directors of the corporation for the 2018 – 2020 term
(3) Transact other business as may properly come before the meeting.
The Nominating Committee has submitted the following report which has been adopted by the Board of Directors as a slate of candidates to be proposed on April 26, 2018.
