Members of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) developed these information sheets to help parents, caregivers, and professionals better understand the prevalence and consequences of child physical abuse, as well as strategies for reducing problem behavior and improving family relationships. The authors are seeking feedback on whether the materials were informative and useful to you, whether you shared the information with others, and what additional resource materials you would find helpful.

Part I of this survey invites parents, caregivers, and professionals to share their opinions and feedback on the materials.

Part II of this survey is intended for professionals who have used the information sheets with clients and families that they work with. If you have not used the fact sheets with clients you can return to this survey at a later time and fill out the second part of the survey by marking below that you are a returning respondent.

Thank you for taking a few moments to complete the survey.
