* 1. How do you know about autism?

Question Title

* 2. What specific, practical solutions have worked for you or someone you know?

Example: I struggle at work with understanding what people mean when they tell me verbally so I write it out on a whiteboard or draw it as a diagram and ask them if it’s correct so I know I’ve understood them correctly.

Question Title

* 3. What practical solutions do you think would be helpful but don’t already exist (or you don’t know if they exist)?

Example: The sound of a ticking clock really bothers me but I like having an analogue clock on the wall. I want to find a silent clock but when shopping online the details don’t mention whether it’s silent or not, so I won’t know until I’ve bought it which could be a waste of money. It would be great if the details specified that, or if there were an online shop selling everyday items that autistic adults have found help them with sensory issues.
