I hope you are having a spectacular day. I am reaching out to you about completing the 2020-2021 QIP Survey for Early Learning Scholarship (ELS) and Preschool for All (PFA) sites.

The survey is short. (really) And best of all, it will meet your requirement for completion of the 2020-2021 Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). That data you share will be used in aggregate to inform our state funders on continuous quality improvement efforts which occurred during the pandemic.
