Creekside Community Input Question Title * 1. How often do you use the community nature trail? Often. A few times a year. I've only walked the trail once or twice. I've never walked the trail but may in the future. I don't like the trail and will not use it. I didn't know we had a nature trail. Other (please specify) Question Title * 2. The nature trail bridges were removed last year due to safety reasons and we are significantly under funded for replacements. We are asking for community feedback for how the community would like to move forward. I would like to replace the trail bridges as soon as we can and understand that it may require an additional special assessment to each homeowner. I would like to build up the reserves over time or use other reserved funds where possible and replace the trail bridges when the reserve is fully funded. The trail and the bridges are not important to me, and I think the reserves money should be used for other projects such as sidewalk repair or playground repair.
