Additional Notes
- The Library Assistant/Officer, teacher, or parent may assist to scan the book cover and the Copyright Agreement and submit it to Civica on the participants’ behalf.
- Participants are required to submit the hard copy of the signed copyright agreement forms to their school Library Assistant/Officer.
