Rep Coach Performance Survey 2020

In order to assess the overall performance of our association and coaches, it would be extremely beneficial for us to have you complete this survey.  Please note:
· Your responses and comments will be completely confidential
· Your responses and comments will be used to assess your current Head Coach and his or her staff
· Above all, your responses will be used to build an environment of excellence for our players and families
1.Please select your Head Coach from the drop down menu.  For each question below please indicate the response that best reflects your opinion of the questions/statements below.(Required.)
2.The coach helped develop and improve my child's baseball skills and knowledge of the game over the course of the season.(Required.)
3.The coach displayed appropriate conduct (respect, positive communication, good sportsmanship) toward officials, other coaches, players and parents.(Required.)
4.The coach did a good job communicating to the team and parents.(Required.)
5.This coach demonstrated the abilities to lead a summer tournament baseball team in a more competitive environment playing against teams made up of top flight players from other towns.(Required.)
