Dear General Practitioners and Family Physicians,

As our partners within the larger community, SNEC would like to hear your views on the educational needs required by General Practitioners and Family Physicians, like yourself, to enable them to support the increase in eye-related problems among patients in the community. This survey will identify the key competencies and factors influencing primary eye care services among GPs in Singapore.

Your feedback is important and it will contribute towards the development of relevant ophthalmic education programs to help our General Practitioners and Family Physicians provide a more holistic patient care experience.

The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. Your survey data will remain confidential and findings will be presented as group data.

We greatly appreciate your time to take part in this short survey.  Thank you.
