Community Investment Priority Options - Saginaw Street Corridor Improvement Authority

The Saginaw Street Corridor Improvement Authority (SSCIA) is a group of residents, business owners and other stakeholders connected to the area of Saginaw and Oakland Streets located between Stanley Street on the west end and Pennsylvania on the east end. SCIAA members are appointed by Mayor Andy Schor and approved by the Lansing City Council to explore and present options to the council for improvements to this commercial corridor. This survey is designed to learn more from area residents, business owners and property owners about their preferences for improvements in the district.
