KDFN Cultural Inclusivity Training Development Survey

KDFN plans to create a training program for employers and educators that centers KDFN ways of knowing and being, cultural teachings and practices, and expectations for guests on our traditional territory. The course will also address issues of racial bias and systemic discrimination, with the goal of fostering safer, more respectful, and culturally responsive workplaces.

Please answer these questions as honestly as you feel comfortable doing. There are no right or wrong answers and the more information we have the better.

All answers are confidential and will be used to help guide the process.
