The Bob Provitola Manufacturing Leadership Award is a memorial recognition established in 2021 to honor the spirit of volunteer leadership and dedication that characterized Bob Provitola’s service to the manufacturing community throughout his career. We are proud to call Art Hoelke , Knights Armament, in Titusville, Fl, our fourth recipient and 2024 winner of the award.

Eligibility

  • Any person who works for a Florida manufacturing establishment.
  • Nominees are limited to volunteers and are ineligible if they receive compensation for their service.
  • Volunteer service is not based upon serving as a “loaned executive.”
Self nominations are discouraged.

Candidate is recognized for their voluntary contributions at advancing the manufacturing industry, advancing the federal, state, or regional manufacturing ecosystem, and/or the talent pipeline or development infrastructure for the the current or future manufacturing workforce. Positive advocate for the industry. How have they shown public support for a particular issue or policy impacting manufacturing? Word limit: 200(Required.)
6.Section 5 - Volunteerism

History of volunteer service (board positions, etc). Describe the nominee’s outstanding commitment to volunteerism and to the organizations they served. Word limit: 200(Required.)
