These questions are part of broader work in which are trying to assess and improve Ethical Consumer’s approach to diversity, inclusion and equity (DEI).

We are asking these questions to help build a picture of the range of human qualities, identities and attributes among applicants. We ask these questions with each recruitment, to provide an indication of whether our organisation is becoming more accessible, and appeals to a diverse group of people that is representative of the UK population.
