The proposed amenity area is approximately 2 hectares / circa 5 acres and is intended to deliver an appropriate, high-quality amenity area adjacent to the proposed development site. We would welcome your views on how this area could best be designed and used by the local community. This consultation is intended to help ensure that the proposed amenity area reflects local community needs, preferences and practical considerations, where feasible. Feedback received will be reviewed by the Project Team and considered alongside further studies, technical design, environmental, planning and maintenance requirements as the amenity design is developed.
