Contest rules: No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Winners must be residents of Stark, Tuscarawas or Wayne County and must complete either the official hard copy survey or this online version of the survey. Winners will be chosen randomly on February 28, 2017, and will be notified in March of 2017. Gift cards will be awarded within the sole discretion of the District. Prize is nontransferable. No warranties or guarantees are made with respect to the gift cards. and the District will not be liable for the use or misuse of any items purchased with the gift cards. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
