Recent Gartner research reveals that "differences of age, ethnicity, gender and other dimensions foster high performance." Teams with diverse thinkers are shown to drive success through innovation, talent retention, and market expansion.

This survey will help the Chamber’s Inclusion and Belonging KAPS Council assess our business community’s strengths, weaknesses and opportunities around inclusion practices. We estimate the survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
