Northwest Access Awards Nomination Form 2018 |
Introduction
Northwest Access Fund is now seeking nominations for our Northwest Access Awards given to individuals, businesses, and organizations that have made noteworthy efforts to include, serve, and support people with disabilities in Washington and Oregon this past year.
Our 2018 awardees will be recognized at our fifth Annual Awards Dinner on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the University of Washington's Center for Urban Horticulture. Proceeds from the event help support our mission to provide funding for people with disabilities to purchase assistive technology and achieve greater independence.
