The CEO Council and University City Science Center engaged Econsult Solutions, Inc. to provide an update to its 2019 Workforce and Industry Analysis of the Cell and Gene Therapy sector. Part of this engagement is updating the survey that was distributed in 2019 to both update the information received in 2019 about Cell and Gene Therapy, as well as to add in expanded information on the broader life sciences sector.

The purpose of the survey is to understand existing conditions and potential future talent needs of the sector. In modifying the 2019 survey, we will identify where talent needs are the same and where they may differ from 2019 results.
